The former Communications Minister, A. Raja, who arrived here on Friday night, told journalists that the CBI raids were usual scrutiny. To a question whether the CBI had issued notice, he said: “Whatever the procedure, I'll comply with it. I'll cooperate with the investigative agency to prove my innocence. I'll go through the procedure. Nobody is above any scrutiny.”
