On or before August 22, they will have to move appropriate court for anticipatory bail since the cases in which they apprehend arrest have been registered in Tamil Nadu.

The trio had moved the Delhi High Court seeking anticipatory bail as they apprehended arrest in cases registered against them in Tamil Nadu on complaints of assault made by their maid and her sister.

Appearing for Tamil Nadu, senior advocate Gopal Subramanium said the Delhi High Court did not have the jurisdiction to grant them anticipatory bail or transit anticipatory bail.
