Pathankot deployment: Congress questions Rs.6.35 crore bill

The Congress on Monday said the Centre asking the Punjab government to pay a bill of Rs. 6.35 crore for deployment of paramilitary forces during the Pathankot terror strike was a “travesty.” The Punjab government, meanwhile, has refused to pay the bill for the Pathankot deployment, citing ‘national interest’ as the reason.
