India is ready to assist Indonesian agencies “in any way possible” in locating the AirAsia Indonesia aircraft that went missing on Sunday, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said in a letter to her Indonesian counterpart Retno Lestari Priansari.

“We share the anguish and anxiety of so many Indonesian citizens and others,” Ms. Swaraj wrote, stressing that these were difficult moments for the families of those affected.
