Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and President Barack Obama met here on Sunday afternoon in delegation level talks to take stock of the state of bilateral ties and exchange views on a number of issues, from the situation in Afghanistan and Pakistan to the need for a diplomatic resolution of the Iranian nuclear issue.
This is the fourth meeting between the two leaders in the past seven months.
President Obama was accompanied by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, National Security Adviser James L. Jones and Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia, Robert Blake.

Prime Minister Singh's delegation included National Security Adviser Shiv Shankar Menon, Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao, Ambassador Meera Shankar and other senior officials.
