Special CBI Judge Bharat Parashar, who summoned former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as an accused in the Hindalco Coal block allocation case on Wednesday, is no stranger to fame.
A no-nonsense strict judge, he was also responsible for convicting the key accused in the sensation murder of former bandit-turned political Phoolan Devi. However, the coal block allocation case might probably be his most famous case yet.
