Chavan advises Sena, SRK to resolve row by ‘mutual understanding’

Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan has said that the Sena-Shah Rukh controversy should be resolved by “mutual understanding.”

After threatening to withdraw Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray’s security, Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan on Wednesday said the Sena-Shah Rukh Khan controversy should be resolved by “mutual understanding.”

Talking to reporters here, Mr. Chavan said “The row should be resolved by mutual understanding.”

He said though the law and order is primarily the State government’s responsibility, other political parties should also think over it.
