Actor Neetu alleges attack

>Actor Neetu Agarwal, who is accused of being involved in illegal transportation of red sander s and being an accomplice of another red sanders accused —Kondampalli Mastan Vali — on Sunday accused a man of attacking her.

Nagaraju, according to Neetu Agarwal, attacked her and the driver after stopping her car at Sirivella village while she was returning from the Rudravaram police station. She told the Sirivella police that Nagaraju tried to extort money from her.

'Thrown off the vehicle'

However, Nagaraju told the police that he was picked up by Neetu Agarwal at Rudravaram and was thrown off the vehicle at Sirivella, when he asked her to return him the money he had spent on arranging food, etc, during her stay in the Nandyal sub-jail for close to 10 days.

Neetu Agarwal was arrested on April 26 by the Kurnool police and was then remanded by the Allagadda court.

She was released from the sub-jail on May 6 after she was granted conditional bail. The court directed her, in the bail order, that she would have to present herself in the Rudravaram police station every Sunday.
