A sci-fi obsessed Chinese business tycoon has spend a whopping 100 million pounds to make his company headquarters look like the Star Trek spaceship.

Multi-millionaire Liu Dejian, the chairman of China’s most popular mobile internet provider, was granted a license to build the impressive replica in Fujian Province.

Liu, a huge fan of Star Trek, spent approximately 100 million pounds on the office building to pay homage to the American science fiction entertainment franchise.

Liu’s Star Trek obsession is believed to have begun when he was studying at the University of Kansas in US, according to Metro.co.uk.
