``The Indians are required to get themselves registered with [the] one-man enquiry tribunal at official URL >http://mail.punjab.gov.pk at the email address registrartribunals@lhc.gov.pk," Riaz Ahmed, personal staff officer of the judge Syed Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi, was quoted as saying by the Press Trust of India.

Indian nationals have been advised to file written submissions with relevant documents within seven days. Similarly, Pakistanis have also been asked to make submissions if they have any information regarding the attack.

Several inmates of Kot Lakhpat Jail who have been released in recent years have been narrating their account of meeting Sarabjit Singh in prison in the Indian media.

Mr. Justice Naqvi — a sitting judge — was appointed by the caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Najam Sethi to probe the attack. Soon after Sarabjit Singh died, Mr. Sethi had assured High Commissioner to Pakistan Sharat Sabharwal that the attack would be thoroughly probed and the guilty brought to book.
