One of the Maoist leaders of Nepal’s former guerrilla movement, Posta Bahadur Bogati, died on Monday, authorities said.
Bogati was admitted to hospital after he suffered a heart attack and brain damage on Thursday, and later pronounced dead.
Seen as a close aide to Maoist chief Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Bogati had also served as a Minister on two separate occasions.
