Al Gore left car engine on during environment lecture

Former U.S. vice-president Al Gore, who is known for his climate conservation campaigns, has been accused of not switching off his car engine while he gave an hour-long lecture on environment in Sweden, a media report said on Saturday.

It is alleged that Mr. Gore left his car running for almost an hour while he spoke at the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg, Sweden on Wednesday, British newspaper Daily Mail said.
