Ravikumar's name featuring in the diary seized from the suspects in the Gauri Lankesh murder case, the party is hopeful of a quick decision by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister to provide him security. The Karnataka Special Investigation Team confirmed the presence of his name among a list of 24 targets.
Speaking to The Hindu , Mr. Ravikumar said they had given a request to Mr. Edappadi K. Palaniswami, when he and party chief Thol. Thirumavalavan met the Chief Minister on Monday.
