Traffic curbs for roadwork

Traffic police have restricted movement of vehicles from Anna Salai – 45 Feet Road junction, Rainbow Nagar, Venkatanagar till Vallalar Salai – Kamaraj Salai junction till February 21 because of roadwork being executed by the Electricity Department and the Public Works Department.

Veera Balakrishnan, Superintendent of Police, Traffic (North-East), Puducherry, in a press release appealed to commuters coming from Muthialpet to take a left turn at the Ajanta Signal towards S.V. Patil Road; from S.V. Patil Road, the commuters can take a right turn towards Subash Chandra Road and move towards Subbiah Salai by taking another right turn and travel through Odian Salai. The vehicular movement is restricted from Kamaraj Salai to Vallalar Salai.
