Food, itself, is the flavour of the season.

Offering an array of food and snack stalls, the annual food festival hosted by the Tourism Department with the tagline, ‘Treat your taste buds to global cuisine,’ will put to test the adage that the way to someone’s heart is through the stomach.

The five-day food festival that got under way at the Old Port on Beach Road on Wednesday coincides with the commencement of arrivals of its home-bound Franco-Tamil population and holidayers from Europe.
