AIADMK wants LG, CM to approach Centre jointly

The opposition AIADMK has called upon Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi and V. Narayanasamy to act in unison since their style of approaching the Centre separately hampered implementation of welfare schemes. Mr. Narayanasamy and his Cabinet colleagues had been visiting Delhi and holding talks with Union Ministers seeking funds for various projects.

The Lt Governor has also been camping in Delhi seeking assistance .

The Centre would also be confused if there were separate representations by both the Chief Minster and the Lt. Governor, he said.
