PUDUCHERRY: COMPEX-2017, a three-day mega IT expo, organised by IT vendors of Puducherry in association with Honeywell opened at Jayaram Thirumana Nilayam here on Friday. Speaker V. Vaithilingam inaugurated the exhibition.
The exhibition has about 75 stalls displaying latest models of desktop computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, tablets, digital cameras, projectors, wireless Local Area Network products, LCD projectors, telecommunication products and power conditioners from major brands like Honeywell, HP, Lenovo, Canon, Xerox, Kyocera, WD, DLink, Epson, AOC, Logitech, LG, Asus and Gateway among others.
Nearly 25,000 people from Puducherry and neighbouring towns like Kalpakkam, Cuddalore, Villupuram, Neyveli, Tindivanam and Chidambaram are expected to visit the exhibition.

The expo would help the customers to choose the brands at competitive prices and also provide the latest trends and technical knowledge to the public. COMPEX also provides cashless support and EMI conversion for customers making purchases. Honeywell is the main sponsor of the exhibition and HP, Lenovo, Canon, Xerox, Kyocera, WD and DLink are the co-sponsors.
