Ayesa to design Metro 7 corridor

The Executive Committee of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority on Monday approved the appointment of Spanish consulting firm Ayesa Ingenieria Arquitectura as the detail design consultant for the 16.5-k.m.-long Rs.6,208-crore Andheri–Dahisar metro corridor.

Ayesa will develop architectural, electrical and mechanical plans and designs of all the 14 stations, design the depot, and check contractors designs .

“We are sure of starting construction of the corridor post monsoon”, said U.P.S. Madan, Metropolitan Commissioner, MMRDA.
