Titan enters smart watch segment with Juxt

The world’s fifth largest watchmaker, Titan Company Ltd of the Tata Group, has unveiled Juxt, a smart watch, in partnership with global technology giant HP Inc.

This watch is aimed at providing connectivity while staying true to the essence of classic watchmaking, the company said.

The smart watch can be paired with smartphones running either Android 4.4 or iOS 8.1 and above operating systems. Its is available in three finishes — titanium, stainless steel and rose gold — with a honeycomb dial, 3D indices and a calf-leather strap.

The Juxt is priced between Rs 15,995 and Rs 19,995 and is available across select World of Titan, Helios and large format stores.

Bhaskar Bhat, managing director, Titan Company said, “Today, as we take our first step into the world of smart watches, we once again, place the consumer at the heart of our approach. Our offering is a classic timepiece with features that are useful and relevant.”
