As many as 300 children from 20 schools along with members of the Rotary Club and other dignitaries participated in an awareness walk here on Sunday.
Organised by the Rotary Club of Belur and District Interact Council Team, the walk was flagged off by Lt. Gen. Raman Dhawan.
Distributing pamphlets carrying messages of ensuring clean and hygienic surroundings, the children also performed skits to spread awareness. Participants walked from the main gate of Victoria Memorial till Rotary Sadan.
