21 Bengal tourists from J&K to return

Rescued by the Indian Air Force from Pahalgam in flood-ravaged Jammu and Kashmir, 21 stranded Bengali tourists would soon return home, West Bengal Urban Development Minister Firhad Hakim said here today.

Mr Hakim said he received this information from the State’s Resident Commissioner in Delhi. Among those rescued, one Madhabi Dutta and her family would return on Sunday night by air because of illness while the others would return by train, he said.
