Three-day water expo in Chennai from Jan. 20

The conference is aimed at finding solutions for ensuring supply of safe drinking water and sharing knowledge

Water Expo and Watman, the eighth edition of the annual exhibition and conference organised by Water Today , a monthly publication, will be held between January 20 and 22.

The three-day conference and workshop, which will be held at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, is aimed at finding solutions for challenges faced in ensuring global supply of safe drinking water, and sharing knowledge on developments in the field.

This year, about 400 exhibitors from 25 countries, including the U.S., Germany, China, Nigeria and Canada, are expected to showcase their technologies and products in the water and wastewater industries.

Water Today , said the conference would cover a gamut of topics, including green initiatives for sustainable water management, viability for wastewater treatment and zero liquid discharge.
