Southern Railway on Wednesday cancelled three trains originating in Guwahati and passing through Chennai Central in view of deteriorating law and order situation and heavy disruption of traffic in Alipurduar division of North East Frontier Railway.
The cancelled services are the train (12510) Guwahati–Bangalore Express and the train (12509) Bangalore – Guwahati Express passing through Chennai Central on Thursday morning, and the train (12516) Guwahati – Thiruvananthapuram Express passing through Chennai Central on Friday.
