SBI Home Expo, organised by The Hindu Group, is being held this weekend.
The property expo is being organised in three locations in the city – Umadri Mahal, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Sholinganallur; Vijaya Shree Mahal, Anna Nagar and Selaiyur Vasudeva Thirumana Maaligai – on December 1 and 2 for the convenience of home buyers.
Besides home loans, the fair would also offer other retail loan products such as car loans, loans against property, education and personal loans. State Bank of India has taken efforts to provide immediate approval for home and car loans. Visitors may also check their CIBIL score free of cost at the expo.

About 50 builders are expected to showcase nearly 200 projects. The expo would provide a platform where residents can choose their dream home and car as seven car dealers would present latest car models.
Visitors can avail concessions up to 0.25% in the interest rate and also get loans sanctioned in three days for SBI-approved projects. Loans for projects not approved by SBI will be sanctioned in 15 days. Processing fee will not be collected for loans up to December 31.
SBI, Chennai Circle, which comprises Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, is one of the market leaders among financial institutions with a home loan business of ₹33,396 core.
