It’s contest time at Chennai Central again. What defines this city for you? We’re looking for 25 things that make Chennai what it is. So share a picture with us — send your photos to Chennai Central at The Hindu ’s Facebook inbox at >www.facebook.com/ChennaiCentral , along with a caption explaining why it is quintessentially Chennai.

Get your friends to ‘like’ your picture on our Facebook page for their vote to count. The Hindu ’s photo editor D. Krishnan will select the 25 best photos that are quintessentially Chennai. The best among these and the most liked picture take home a Landmark gift voucher worth Rs. 1,000 each. Here are the rules:

keep the image size under 2 MB

keep a high-resolution version too

only original pictures allowed; dubious entries will be disqualified
