Municipal Higher Secondary School, Lakshmipuram, celebrated ozone day and science project day recently at the school premises. Essay and elocution competition was conducted as part of the ozone day programme. Students also tied rakhi to trees to spread a message about protecting them. Awareness on threat to the ozone layer was spread through skit and dance.
For the science project day, students displayed working models of nuclear reactor, volcanoes, ATM machine, metro rail and solar energy etc. Best projects were given awards.
