The Kilpauk police on Thursday launched a manhunt to nab two suspects who snatched a mobile phone from C. Raja, a government doctor, while on his morning stroll along the road between New Avadi Road and Kipauk Garden Road junction. They have recovered CCTV footage and are investigating.
