Metrowater will hold grievance redress meetings in its area offices on Saturday, October 14, at 10 a.m. A press release said residents could register their complaints related to drinking water supply, sewage blocks, tax and charges, and status of pending new connections during the meetings. Such meetings are held on the second Saturday of every month. They could also clarify doubts on harnessing rainwater and maintenance of rainwater harvesting structures.
