The School Education Department has announced that A. Karuppaswami will take over as the Director of Matriculation Schools. He was previously the Director of Elementary Education.
V.C. Rameswaramurugan, who was previously the Director of Matriculation Schools, will now head the Directorate of Non-Formal and Adult Education. S. Sethuramavarma, who was previously the Director of the Non-Formal and Adult Education Department, has now been appointed as the Director of Elementary Education.
