Heavy fog and poor visibility continued to affect the movement of flights in the city on Monday, airport sources said.
Around 15 flights that were scheduled to arrive in the city from New Delhi were delayed due to heavy fog. Flights, including those of Air India, IndiGo and Jet Airways, had been delayed by half an hour to two hours due to the adverse weather conditions.
Flights that were scheduled to arrive from Mumbai were also delayed during the day. Around 10 flights from Mumbai, including those of Air India, Etihad Airways and Jet Airways, were delayed by about an hour. There were some delays in departures too, the sources added.
