Jyothika all set for a comeback

After a hiatus of nearly nine years, actor Jyothika will be seen on silver screen soon. She recently finished shooting for the yet-to-be-titled Tamil remake of the Malayalam film ‘How old are you?’

After her marriage, Jyothika has so far only acted in only a few television ad-films. Sources say the film was shot for over 45 days, predominantly in and around Chennai.

The crew shot scenes of Jyothika in busy areas of Mylapore, Kodambakkam and T.Nagar. Scenes involving the protagonist meeting the President of India were shot in Delhi for five days. The last shot was taken in Sholinganallur.

Produced by actor Suriya’s home banner 2D Entertainment, the film also has actor Rahman playing a key role.
