N. Ramasubramanyan, founder of Shri Natesan Vidyasala handing over a cheque for Rs. 1 lakh to the parents (Surendar and Anitha) of the child. Gayathri Ramachandran, Principal, was present during the occassion.

The Global Hospital, Perumbakkam, had diagnosed that Sushmitha, a Class II student of Shri Natesan Vidyasala, Mannivakkam, should undergo a ‘liver transplant surgery’, at a considerable cost. The parents of the child from Padappai village could not afford such a huge expenditure. The management of the Shri Natesan Vidyasala, on hearing the plight of the parents, donated Rs. 1 lakh to meet out a portion of the total expenditure. N. Ramasubramanyan, founder of the school, handed over a cheque to the parents (Surendar and Anitha) of the child. Gayathri Ramachandran, Principal, was present during the occasion.

The school organised a special prayer for the success of the surgery and speedy recovery for the child.

Dr. Mohammad Raila performed the operation successfully at Global Hospital and the girl has completely recovered.
