PDS complaints can be made over phone

Complaints of irregularities in public distribution system in Tiruvallur district can be made over phone (044 – 27882400) to the district administration, according to Collector T. P. Rajesh. In a release, he said 28 special squads had been formed recently to inspect PDS shops. During an inspection, Athipattu PDS shop employee Sivasankaran and Nadiyambakkam PDS staffer Chougath Ali were suspended for malpractices.
