A two-year-old boy, Santosh of Aalapakkam near Chengalpattu, was reportedly kidnapped by a woman from the Chengalpattu Medical College Hospital premises, where Santosh's mother Amudha underwent treatment as an outpatient on Wednesday morning.
The child was found on Guntur Road and reunited with his mother within an hour.
