Volvo rams into hotel in Bangalore; passengers safe

Over 30 passengers travelling in a volvo bus had a close shave after the bus driver lost control of the vehicle and rammed it into a roadside hotel on Hosur road on the city's outskirts on Thursday morning, police said.

The bus belonging to a SRS Travels was coming from Chennai to Bangalore.

Though the front portion of the bus and the hotel was completely damaged, none was injured in the accident, the Attibele police who are investigating the case , said.

The bus was moving at a speed of over 80 kmph, when the driver lost control and then rammed into the hotel, preliminary enquiries by the police revealed.
