Two die on city roads

A motorcycle rider was killed on the spot and two others severely injured when he collided with another bike in Hulimavu on Tuesday night.

Rubin Kumar (22), an employee of a tiles factory, was on his way home when he crashed into the other motorcycle.

Diwakar, who was riding pillion with Kumar, was badly injured as was the other rider, Fakruddin.

In another incident, an unidentified man aged around 45 was killed on the spot when a speeding truck knocked him down while he was crossing the road the Tin Factory at K.R. Puram on Wednesday.
