Mantri Developers has been conferred with the CII-ITC Sustainability Award for 2012. Given in recognition of Mantri’s commitment towards sustainable development, it came as the first real estate developer award figuring in the CII list.
The President, Pranab Mukherjee presented the award to Sushil Mantri, Chairman and Managing Director, Mantri Developers, at a special event organised by CII in New Delhi recently.
Says Sushil Mantri “It is a matter of great pride to see that our commitment and efforts to drive sustainability within and outside the organisation has been recognised and we feel encouraged to work harder towards driving the 'Triple Bottom Line' approach.”

‘Triple Bottom Line’ approach signifies corporate strategy and imbues its execution with a larger sense of purpose, encompassing economic, social and environmental dimensions. The award evaluation was based on parameters such as social performance, community development initiatives, economical growth, quality management, environmental practices, product innovation, customer and vendor satisfaction, and human resource practices.
The CII-ITC sustainability awards are an industry benchmark to recognise the contribution of notable thought leaders, promoters and institutions which helped to translate into reality the vision of creating a sustainable world.
