City Police Commissioner N.S. Megharikh on Tuesday ordered an inquiry into the suicide of a 15-year-old girl in Subhashnagar on Monday afternoon after she was stripped and photographed by a few youngsters when she was on her way home from school.

The victim, a class 9 student, took the extreme step at her house and left a note.

In the note, the girl said that two persons, identified as Krishnamurthy and Mohan, had repeatedly harassed her. She also mentioned that on Saturday night she had complained to the Chikkajala police that the youths were harassing her, but she had not got justice as a complaint was not booked.
