A PU student drowned after he went fishing in Bagalur lake on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as Avinash Gowda (18). According to the police, Avinash ventured into the water and slipped and drowned.
By the time help came, he had drowned. The Bagalur police have taken up a case.
