A 25-year-old man was stabbed at Santhehalli in Malur taluk of Kolar district on Friday. Malur police gave the name of the injured person as Sunil, 25.
According to the police, he was attacked with a knife by Ambarish, 28. The two were having a quarrel over some financial issue when Ambarish attacked Sunil.
Sunil was admitted to the government hospital in Malur.
