The High Court of Karnataka has directed Karnataka Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation (KMF) to revoke the suspension of its former Managing Director I.R. Ramalinge Gowda.
The court passed the order on Tuesday on an appeal filed by Mr. Gowda, who had questioned the 2011 single judge order allowing charges to be framed against him while continuing his suspension from the post and directing the KMF to fill the post with a full-time MD as per law.
