The house of an industrialist was burgled and valuables worth Rs. 70 lakh stolen, in the outskirts of the city in Byadarahalli on Sunday.

When the owner of the house, Mr. Aradhya, went out with his family, the robbers broke in and ransacked the place. While cleaning off the place of valuables, the robbers sensed that Mr. Aradhya had returned and they escaped.
Based on a complaint, police rushed to the spot and are conducting investigations.
