After failing in the Mathematics paper, a Pre-University student committed suicide by jumping from the 10th floor of Shantiniketan Apartment in Whitefield on Tuesday.
The results for the II PU examinations were declared on Monday, May 18.
The deceased has been identified as Swathi Jayadev, student of Gopalan PU college. The Kadugodi police have taken up a case of unnatural death and are investigating.
