BU nod for pursuing two degrees simultaneously

Bangalore University’s academic council gave its go-ahead for the University Grants Commission’s proposal to allow students to pursue more than one degree simultaneously. This could be either from the same varsity or a different one through distance education or part-time mode.

A committee would be constituted to work out the modalities to implement this proposal, said D. Jeevan Kumar, dean of arts, BU.
