Traffic pangs that have come to be increasingly identified with Bangalore which not long ago was renowned for its greenery and leisurely pace of life did not miss the attention of Bosch top executive Volkmar Denner.It possibly left the head of the group, whose focus areas include solutions and products for improved mobility, a bit baffled. It is interesting, he replied when a journalist sought his views of automated driving, “I was thinking about the same question.” “When I came here to the hotel, trying to find my way through the traffic, I was thinking… how difficult it will be to operate a vehicle under these conditions,” remarked Mr. Denner, who is the chairperson of the Bosch Group Board of Management.
