Army truck runs over four in Kengeri town

Four persons, including a woman, were killed and several others injured when an army truck ran over them near Doddaballe cross road in Kengeri Satellite Town on Monday.

The truck driver, allegedly in an inebriated condition, drove over the median and hit an autorickshaw and other vehhicles passing on the other side of the road. The four persons were killed on the spot.

Locals who gathered at the spot, thrashed the driver before handing him over to the police. The victims are yet to be identified.
