ICSE/ISC results on May 19

The ICSE and ISC board examination results will be announced on May 19.

A press release from the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, headquartered in New Delhi, said the results would be available on the Internet. Results will also be sent by SMS.

Relief

This will bring relief to students who have appeared for the Common Entrance Test. Engineering seat aspirants, who are required to submit their mark lists before the ranks are calculated, will be relieved as they will not have to receive provisional ranks like last year.

The CET ranks are slated to be announced on May 20.

While students may log on to view their individual results, school principals have been given personalised passwords to be able to view the results of all children studying in their schools, the press release said.

The examination results will be published on the following websites: www.cisce.indiaresults.com, www.cisce.ndtv.com, www.cisce.examresults.net and www.cisce.myschool.in.com. To receive your results through SMS, students have to send a message in a prescribed format to 56388 or 52424 or 56263 or 51818.

For ICSE results, you must type your index number and send the message to the helpline numbers.

For instance, if your index number is T/4331/009, then you must type ICSE T4331009.

Similarly, for ISC candidates if your index number is B/8531/009, then you must type ISC B8531009. You will receive the results through SMS.
