The Vice-Chairman, after listening to grievances of developers, directed the officials to prepare comprehensive reports on the status of each project to place the same before the forthcoming VUDA Board meeting. VUDA has taken up a number of projects in the areas of housing, tourism, entertainment, and commercial space under the PPP mode on the basis of lease, revenue-sharing, and Build-Operate-Transfer.
