Workshop for engineering aspirants

The Hindu and Manipal University will be conducting a workshop for Intermediate students on ‘Choosing the right branch in engineering’ at Kalabharathi auditorium on Thursday.

Various topics such as pre-requisites for pursuing core branches, skill-set required for IT-related streams, and entrepreneurship for engineers will be dealt with.

Executive Director of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant R. Shankar, CEO of Symbiosis Technologies O. Naresh Kumar, president of Visakhapatnam IT Association Deepak Madala, and assistant professor in the Department of CSE B. Kishore from Manipal University will address the students.

The seminar begins at 10 a.m. and is open to all students. There is no entry fee.
