Teacher’s Day contest

To mark Teacher’s Day, The Hindu is inviting entries from school students for Teacher’s Day contest. The theme of the contest is ‘What I learnt from my teacher.’

The top 10 entries will be framed and sent to the respective schools to be handed over to the teachers mentioned in the write-up.

This apart, the teacher and the school will be conferred the Reynolds – The Hindu Best Teacher/School Award. Of all, five winners and five runners-up will be given Reynolds gift hampers and certificates.

A total of 50 students will receive consolation prizes.

The 10 best entries will also be published in The Hindu In School Edition . Interested students can mail the write-up not exceeding more than 200 words by September 2 to the email id: school@thehindu.co.in, mentioning Teacher’s Day as the subject.

Entries must be handwritten in pen, scanned and mailed.
